  • You can follow the entire program with either a gym setup or just a pair of dumbbells. Substitutions are provided when needed.

  • This challenge is for all fitness levels. Whether you’re getting back into it or pushing to the next level, we’ll help you progress at your pace—with structure. Use this challenge as the jumping-off point to the new and improved you!

  • You’ll receive custom calorie and macro targets based on your goals, plus a realistic sample day of eating to keep things simple and doable.

  • We recommend it, but if you’re a few days late, no worries. Just commit to kicking ass and finish by July 3.

  • We’ll choose the winner based on transformation, consistency, and effort. You must submit before and after photos to be eligible.
