Hi, I'm a personal trainer with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. I am proud to say that I have developed a model that is evidence-based, effective, and the most complete I've ever had. Over the years, I have learned the importance of keeping up with the latest evidence and research in the field, and I make it a point to incorporate that knowledge into my training programs.

I believe in taking a personalized approach to each of my clients, and I refuse to use a cookie-cutter approach. I understand that each client has unique goals, abilities, and limitations. As such, I come to every session well-prepared with a structured and thoroughly thought-out workout that is tailored to the individual's needs and goals.

My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients achieve their desired outcomes while also prioritizing their safety and overall health. I take the time to get to know my clients and their history, so I can create a workout that is both effective and enjoyable.

Hi, I'm Julie Louro, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I am passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, particularly during the pre and postnatal stages of life.

My specialization in pre and postnatal health and fitness comes from my personal experience as a mother. I understand the unique challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I am dedicated to helping women stay healthy and active throughout these stages of their lives.
