What is The Roadmap, exactly?

A premium 1:1 coaching program. You work directly with Jake or Julie. We build your training and nutrition around your real life, not a template. Month to month, cancel any time.

Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?

No. We coach in commercial gyms, garage gyms, hotel gyms, and home setups with a kettlebell. We work with what you have.

What happens during the 15-minute clarity call?

We talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right fit. No pressure. No pitch. If it's not a yes, it's a friendly no.

I'm a complete beginner. Will this work for me?

Yes. Most of our clients came in without a clear plan. Beginner to advanced, the program scales to meet you where you are.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Most clients notice a change in 6 to 8 weeks if they stay consistent. Real transformation is 12 to 24 weeks. We aim for durable, not dramatic.

How do I communicate with my coach?
