About Julie

I’m Julie Louro. I’ve coached women through every stage of life for 15+ years, with a specialty in postpartum training. I specialize in coaching postpartum moms to rebuild strength, core function, and confidence with training that’s safe, structured, and progressive.

I’m also a mom of three kids under six, so I understand what “busy” actually means. This program is built for real life: low sleep, unpredictable days, and the mental load that makes self-care feel impossible.

That’s why I work with a small number of clients at a time. You get real coaching, real feedback, and a plan that adapts as your body and your schedule change.

  • This program is for moms six months to three years postpartum. If you’re earlier than that, apply anyway and I’ll point you in the right direction.

  • No. Most moms stay stuck for years because they never had a progressive plan and real support. It’s more common to start later than you think.

  • No. We can build this for home, gym, or a mix. Dumbbells at home are plenty to start.

  • You can message me with questions, check-ins, and form videos. You’ll get feedback and quick adjustments so you don’t waste weeks doing the wrong thing.

  • Yes. You’ll get a postpartum nutrition guide that covers the fundamentals, then we’ll build a plan around your goals, lifestyle, and what actually feels doable. If you want to track and hit specific macros, we’ll set that up. If you prefer a less rigid approach, we’ll do that instead. The plan is customized to what will work best for you and what you can execute consistently.

  • Typically 3 strength sessions per week with 1-2 cardio days mixed in. We adjust based on your schedule, recovery, and what you can realistically execute. Everything about this is customized to you, that’s why it works.

  • Diastasis recti and pelvic floor symptoms are exactly why this program exists. We train with those considerations in mind and build capacity gradually. I know how to help you lift and move while managing symptoms and healing. If anything seems outside the scope of coaching, I’ll recommend working alongside a qualified pelvic floor PT, but addressing core and pelvic floor issues is what I do every day.

  • That’s normal. This program is designed for real life. We’ll set a minimum effective plan, prioritize what matters most, and adjust when life blows up so you don’t spiral and quit.

  • I review your application. If it looks like a fit, you’ll be invited to book a quick call. If it’s not the right match, I’ll tell you directly.
