We charge $150/hr for private coaching. You’re getting 8 weeks of coaching, nutrition, and accountability for less than $20/week.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Nope. You’ll choose your track: Gym-based or Dumbbell-Only. Both come with two 4-week blocks in the TrainHeroic app, complete with demo videos, progress tracking, and technique notes from us.

  • -Gym Track: standard gym (barbells, dumbbells, cable machine, etc).

    -Dumbbell Track: and Field set of dumbbells, adjustable bench, and an exercise ball.

    That’s it.

  • Perfect. We’ll give you beginner-friendly options and video demos in the app. You don’t need to be an expert - you just need to show up.

  • The private FB group is where most of the coaching, troubleshooting, and community happens, but you’ll also get all key updates and emails directly from us.

  • Life happens. The program is progressive, so just pick up where you left off. The only way to fail is to quit entirely. Consistency beats perfection. We aren’t here to judge you, we’re here to get you to your goals.

  • The challenge starts Monday, Sept 29 and ends Wednesday, Nov 26. The day before Thanksgiving.

  • We recommend it, but if you’re a few days late, no worries. Just commit to kicking ass and finish by November 26.

  • We’ll choose the winner based on transformation, consistency, and effort. You must submit before and after photos as well as a brief write up about your experience with the challenge to be eligible.

  • Yes—this is a transformation challenge. By signing up, you agree that your photos may be used (tastefully) in future marketing. If you prefer, I am happy to block out your face. Just say the word!

  • Yes. Both plans include custom macros, a sample day of eating, the Fall Transformation Handbook, and the LiveWell With Jacqueline Cookbook. And of course you can ask any and all questions that come up in the private FB group!
